  • What's the process to enroll my group or organization (of 40+ people)?

    If you don't have any special requests then just contact us via email and let us know how many employees you would like to enroll and we'll send you an invoice. If you have special requests, then please click the "Request A Quote" link and complete and submit the form and we'll send you a proposal/invoice. Once paid, we'll either provide you with coupon codes for each employee to self-enroll or we'll group enroll them once provided with an enrollee list (first name, last name, email address).

  • How long do I have access to the micro-lesson?

    Once enrolled you have 90 days of access to the micro-lesson, unless your organization has alternate terms. All pdf micro-lesson documents can be downloaded or printed for lifetime use.

  • Is this micro-lesson accessible for hearing impaired individuals?

    Yes. Closed captioning is available for all videos.

  • Am I allowed to share micro-lessons with a colleague or group?

    No. Each enrollment is for an individual license to be viewed by enrollee only. For group viewing, a one-time group showing license may be purchased separately. Contact us for pricing.

  • Does this micro-lesson come with a certificate of completion?

    No. Certificate of completions are reserved for specific course and course bundles of longer durations.
