Course Description

This DEI and Anti-Racism training will teach you and your organization how bring your DEI knowledge to life. It covers topics from “how to avoid microaggressions” to "how to prioritize impact over intent in your apologies" to “how to practice everyday anti-racism and inclusion.”

This 22-video lesson journey contains a total of ~3 hours of engaging instruction, ~4 hours of interactive “do the work” and "think it through" scenarios and assignments, tracking and measuring tools, and assessments to check understanding. [22 Video Lessons; Course Duration ~6 ½ hours]

  • What's the best way for me or my group to complete the course?

    FOR INDIVIDUALS: Chronologically is recommended for most as it takes you on a purposeful journey from lesson to lesson. And in the case of the signature course, from Foundation to Application to Action. However, this is your journey, your path. There are no prerequisites. FOR GROUPS: We recommend taking this journey as a cohort and creating pre-established meeting points at the completion of each module. These meetings can be an online, live in-person and/or live virtual discussion groups.

  • What's the process to enroll my group or organization?

    1) Enroll and vet the course as an individual; 2) If you don't have any special requests then just contact us via email and let us know the number of employees (including yourself) you wish to enroll; 3) If you have special requests, then click the "Request A Quote" link and submit the form. We'll send you a proposal/invoice. Once paid, we'll refund your individual enrollment fee and provide you with coupon codes for each employee to self-enroll or we'll group enroll them once provided with an enrollee list (first name, last name, email address).

  • Can the course be customized for my company, division, group or team?

    Yes.     Yes. Closed captioning is available for all videos.

  • Can my team take this course as a monthly workshop series during our staff meetings?

    Yes. You would need to contact us for group-experience pricing. An individual course license can not be used for group viewing. The course is very modular with most lessons taking less than 30 minutes from start to finish.

  • Am I able to license just one lesson or module from the course for my staff or for an upcoming event?
