Course Description

Is your organization looking for an effective way to deepen employees’ race awareness, comfort, and competency?

Does your organization want to create an environment of safety and belonging for all?

Does your organization want to re-affirm its commitment to anti-racism and inclusion?

If your answer is “yes” to any of these questions, then this is the experience your organization needs. This 4-module, 18-lesson journey contains a total of 2 hours of engaging mini-video instruction, 4+ hours of interactive “do the work” assignments, and assessments to check understanding.

Group learning of sensitive topics often comes with a lot of pressure. That pressure is eliminated with this self-paced, judgment-free, one-on-one eLearning experience. Participants will appreciate the privacy as they are guided toward leadership transformation that has the power to shift the culture to that which is truly anti-racist and inclusive. The course drives individual transformation and the mutual sharing of insights during asynchronous and/or live group discussions drives organizational transformation. An excellent set of thought-provoking questions, more demanding than I'd expected but available for the individual to lean into it. By personally answering those questions, without a time pressure I was struck by my limitations of knowledge about things I had thought I should know better. This is a good preparation for our future learning to come.
