FAQ

  • How long do I have access to the program?

    The facilitator(s) has access for 45 days from the date of purchase in order to prepare for and deliver the talk. All pdf course documents can be downloaded and shared with event participants.

  • Are there any limits on the size of my meeting or event?

    No, there are no size limits. The only limit is that each purchase is for one (1) group-use only. It must be repurchased for additional events.

  • Am I allowed to share this program with colleagues?

    Yes, but only if they are co-facilitators for the group event. Each enrollment is for single group viewing license. However, we realize that the session may be facilitated by more than one person. As such, sharing of the content with co-facilitators so they can prepare is allowed. However, only one person - the enrollee - will earn a certificate of completion.

  • Can I reuse this for multiple group events?

    No. Each enrollment entitles enrollee or primary facilitator to unlimited individual use but only one (1) group use, i.e., the license is for one (1) group session only. Please re-purchase for subsequent group events.

  • Does this program come with a certificate of completion?

    Yes. But for the enrollee only. The enrollee is awarded with a certificate upon course completion.

  • Is this program accessible to hearing impaired individuals?

    Yes. Closed captioning is available for all videos.
