"On the journey to becoming a better leader, especially in the areas of inclusion and being actively anti-racist, I needed a safe space to get uncomfortable. This course provided both that safety, as well as an understanding of where I have more work to do. It's not easy nor comfortable, but it's valuable as an employee, a leader, and especially as a human."

"Well-structured anti-racism training, starting with the basics and moving to more personal and action-based work."

Theresa Robinson Testimonials

Matthew Wilson

CEO Brit Insurance, Executive Chairman Ki Insurance

I’ve known Theresa since 2017, when she guided me and a member of my leadership team on a purposeful journey. She has since worked with me, the leadership team, and members of the larger organization both in the UK and the states in the areas of leadership and DEI. She has always inspired and challenged me to be better and always done so with a wonderful smile and good grace! With this course, she continues to inspire and challenge.

Theresa is a great teacher and human being. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, compassionate and patient. She is precise in dissecting and presenting with care a subject fraught with anxiety and uncertainty by many. Highly recommended.

Susan Parrish

Customer 360 Capabilities Leader, Royal Canin

If you want to understand perspective from others POV this course is fabulous. It highlights many areas where many of us have blind spots. It also provides great tips to help you learn, address, and implement. Theresa's style is warm, engaging, and genuine. The course is very well done and laid out. I recommend going through it with a cohort group so you can discuss. My hope is for leadership teams to also see the value in going beyond the right words to modeling the right behavior with actions.

John Irvine

Principal, JUSTconnect Group

Theresa Robinson's Anti Racism and Inclusion Leadership Training is superb. In my opinion it is exactly what our society needs at this moment. She gives participants tools to break down walls between people. She provides the knowledge to dispel misunderstanding. She helps people see a way forward on a road they have been afraid or unwilling to travel. Her motivational, non-judgmental approach could bring major benefits to any organization.

Kirk Perry

Vice President and General Manager, Procter & Gamble

"Rarely do you find someone who can connect with both the head and the heart in a way that Theresa can. She is inspirational without being sappy and genuinely humble. She connects with the whole person, not just part of them."

Lable Braun

Organizational Organizational Development Director, Dialogic Inc.

“Theresa has the unique ability to be both supportive and challenging at one and the same time. She holds a bigger vision of what your life can be like and provides you no corner in which to shrink from your true potential, while at the same time letting you know she is in your corner to help you get there. Her facilitation was a true catalyst for change in my life.”

FAQ

  • What's the best way for me or my group to complete a course?

FOR INDIVIDUALS: Chronologically is recommended for most as it takes you on a purposeful journey from lesson to lesson. And in the case of the signature course, from Foundation to Application to Action. However, this is your journey, your path. There are no prerequisites. FOR GROUPS: We recommend taking this journey as a cohort and creating pre-established meeting points at the completion of each module. These meetings can be an online, live in-person and/or live virtual group discussions. You can even bring in a facilitator from Master Trainer TMR to facilitate the discussions and group exercises.

  • What's the process to enroll my group or organization?

Small groups of 9 or less people can increase the "Quantity" at checkout. Large groups without special special requests should email and let us know the number of enrollees and we'll send you an invoice. Large groups with special requests should click the "Request A Quote" link and complete and submit the form. We'll send you a proposal/invoice. Once paid, we'll either provide you with coupon codes for each employee to self-enroll or we'll bulk enroll employees once provided with an enrollee list (first name, last name, email address).

  • Can the course be customized for my company, division, group or team?

Yes. Customization options include: 1) opening and closing video message from your organization, department, group or team leadership; 2)course naming and branding; 3)course content additions and deletions (modules, lessons, worksheets, quizzes, surveys, etc.); 4) course licensing for staff meeting, group gatherings, and events; 5) private course platform for the entire organization, each department, team, or cohort; 6) instructor led support and accountability (online discussion group or live Zoom sessions); 7) instructor led live Zoom keynotes, webinars, workshops, and lessons; 8) other requests welcome.

  • Can I complete the signature course in one day?

It's possible. But we caution against rushing through the course and skipping or not fully engaging in the "Do The Work" and "Think It Through" assignments or not allowing adequate time for self-reflection. The course has 3 parts, 7 modules, and 40 Lessons (approximately 4+ hours of video instruction and 8+ hours of assignments and activities), so we recommend spreading the course out over 2 or more days. When completing the course as a cohort, we recommend spreading the course out over 3 or more weeks and having group discussions at the end of each module or part.

  • How long do I have access to a course?

Once enrolled you have 1 year of access, unless your organization has alternate terms. All pdf course documents can be downloaded or printed for lifetime use.

  • Is this course accessible for hearing impaired individuals?

Yes. Closed captioning is available for all videos.

  • Can my team take a course as a monthly workshop series during our staff meetings?

  • Am I able to license one or more lessons for my staff or for an upcoming event?
